Program Originators
The REO Capital Fund provides the CDFI industry with specialized financing mechanisms for lending related to neighborhood stabilization. Participating CDFIs follow the Fund’s guidelines to originate revolving lines of credit to local borrowers for the acquisition and rehabilitation of single-family housing or small multi-family projects or to bridge time gaps of NSP or other federal fund receivables.
Participating CDFIs:
The Fund is seeking participation from other CDFIs with experience in neighborhood stabilization lending activities and who meet certain standard requirements and criteria.
