The Stabilization Trust works in partnership with nationally established housing intermediaries to combine its unique set of programs and services with the locally-based organizations that have the experience, know-how, and commitment to revitalize communities.
Habitat for Humanity International
HFHI and its local Habitat affiliates have deep experience understanding community needs and providing safe, quality housing for families. HFHI has launched the national Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative to assist its U.S. affiliates using a holistic approach to community revitalization as they work to transform neighborhoods . The Stabilization Trust is helping local Habitat affiliates participating in the Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative respond to the call to serve more families and renew community vitality by increasing access to properties that can be transformed into safe and affordable housing opportunities.

Home Free-USA, a national non-profit organization with an extensive network of community based housing counseling agencies, has been committed to helping families achieve and preserve homeownership, a cornerstone of community vitality and stability.
The Stabilization Trust is partnering with Home Free-USA to expand property transfer services to Home Free affiliates working to strengthen communities through the revitalization of properties and expansion of homeownership.
